Dedicated Courier and Outsource Services
With our dedicated courier program we offer our clients consistency and reliability. By assigning our drivers to specific accounts it allows them to get to know our clients and understand their individual needs and requirements. All our drivers are professionally dressed in our uniforms and are required to wear a Pinnacle Courier or client ID badge. Each driver is also equipped with a web-enabled cell phone, barcode scanner, GPS system, specimen transport container and spill kit.
Along with a dedicated driver our clients also enjoy the services of a dedicated dispatcher. The dispatcher has an in depth knowledge of your drivers, your routes, and your clients. They are always available to ensure your experience with Pinnacle Courier is of the highest quality and they are your single point of contact for all your courier needs.
